NOTICE is hereby given that the 38th Annual General Meeting of the PISHARODY SAMAJAM will be held on SUNDAY, the 26th July, 2020 at 10:30 A.M through Video Conferencing to transact the following business.
| 1 | To read and confirm the minutes of the 37th Annual General Meeting held on 21st July, 2019. |
| 2 | To read and adopt the Report of the Governing Council and Audited Accounts for the year ended 31st March, 2020. |
| 3 | To elect and appoint Internal Auditor for the year 2020-2021. |
| 4 | To appoint Statutory Auditors for the year 2020-2021 and fix their remuneration. |
| 5 | To Elect a New Governing Council for the years 2020-21 to 2022-23. |
| 6 | To elect sub-committees for Cultural and Welfare |
| 7 | To consider any other matter brought before the meeting with permission of the Chair. |
