Dr Bhavyaja completed her postgraduate degree in Respiratory Medicine from Bombay Hospital, one of the country’s leading multi-specialty tertiary-level medical centers.
Bhavyaja is the second daughter of Vasupurath Pisharath Krishnankutty Pisharady and Kudalil Pisharath Bharathi, members of the Pisharody Samajam Kodakara Shakha.
